Schedule Management
CSR
Answer Inbound and Outbound calls
CRM systems experience
Detailed note-taking
High NPS experience
Sales possible
Skills and Qualifications:
2 years' experience in Customer Service and Administration
Flexibility and Organizational Skills
Experience catering Australian clients thru phone call is preferred
Excellent Verbal Communication Skills
Keen Attention to Details
Experience using Trello and Clockify is an advantage
