Duties and Responsibilities:
Serves walk-in customers and visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately.
Responsible for ensuring that customers are well attended and delighted.
Attends to customer complaints and queries.
Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
Coordinates with various sections/units to resolve customer complaints and/or queries..
Prepares official company's responses to frequently asked questions (FAQ's) regarding products, service and system.
Disseminates letters and memoranda to inform customers of important company developments, changes and announcements.
Sorting and distributing mail.
Preparing meeting and training rooms.
Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Responsible
Performs any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Customer Service, Computer Proficiency
With excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good time management skills.
Preferably residing in Marawoy or on nearby barangays.
