Description * Education and work experience:
At least 2 years in college plus 3 or more years of work experience or
a graduate of any college degree(or higher) plus 2 or more years of work experience.
Highly desired but not required:
Work experience in the BPO industry.
Typing skills of at least 40 words per minute.
Willing to render paid overtime when needed.
Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
Has no prior criminal record relating to a breach of privacy or security.
Skills needed:
Good English Communications Skills(65% written & 35% verbal).
Ability to follow instructions in English and adhere to defined procedures.
Customer service skills and ability to persuade and deal with people respectfully.
Advance Computer and Technical Skills(not necessarily programmer or technician level).
Highly committed to work.
