Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirements
High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.- Open to fresh graduates and college undergraduates with related working experience- BPO experience is an advantage
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Comfortable using computers.
Can type at least 35 wpm
Must have good English communication skills
Experience working with customer support.
Amenable to work on shifting schedule.
Willing to be stationed in Davao Region.
