Requirements:
2+ years of CSR experience
Sales experience required
Fluent in English and the ability to communicate daily with clients in English
Amenable working on shifting schedule, holidays, weekends & extended work hours
Have appropriate remote work set-ups such as a quiet space, stable internet connection, and a working computer. (You can use a desktop or laptop with at least 2.2 GHz processor and a minimum of 8 Gb of RAM, and have access to an internet connection speed with 25 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload.)
