Duties and Responsibilities
• Handles transactions with customer using cash registers.
• Scanning of items and ensuring accurate prices and change.
• Collect payments whether in cash or credit.
• Cross-sell products and introduce newly launch items
• Resolving customer concerns and complaints such as guiding them and provide relevant information's.
• Greet customers when entering or leaving the stores.
• Securing the cash boxes, receipt and claimed vouchers.
• Maintaining clean and tidy work area.
Qualifications
• At least 2 years college graduate/undergraduate with diploma or vocational certificates.
• With proven cashiering work experience.
• Excellent communication skills both English and Tagalog.
• Willing to be assigned in Oceana Angeles City Pampanga.
