CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
 
Qualifications:
Excellent oral and written English communication skills
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Must have attention to detail
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
At least 6 months of relevant work experience
Willing to work on-site
Willing to follow the safety and health standards of the company
Tasks and responsibilities:
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the product, pricing, and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Data entry in various platforms
Start Pay: Php15,000 - Php 20,000
HMO coverage 1 month after start date
Plus non-taxable allowance after regularization

PHP 15,000 - 20,000 per month
