(Sales & Marketing)
Encodes received repair items
Labels and creates repair slips for newly arrived repair/returns items
Records findings/diagnosis of all repair items on both notebook and excel
Prepares repair quotation for customers, and compiles for reference
Attends to all customer repair-related inquiries and ensures inquiries are answered in a satisfactory manners
Informs customer of repair items issues, provides options for customer to consider, and receives customer approval to proceed with repair
Prepares order slip, sales invoice and delivery receipt for the release of repaired products
Ensures all payments are collected from customers in a timely manner
Issues repair log sheet prior to delivery (Mall)
Submits monthly report of unclaimed RTVs (Return to Vendor)
Schedules when to pick up return to vendors (RTV) products from SM and other Mall
Manages the flow of repair items by informing Customer Service Technician of their duties for the day
Monitors the daily and weekly work efficiency of Customer Service Technicians
Provides weekly report to management on repair inventory progress
Trains new Customer Service Technician in proper documentation, and ensures they are familiar with the company's safety policies and practices
Conducts an evaluation of the Customer Service Technicians regularly
Provides support to other Sales Staff when required
Assists in other tasks requested by the company
Job Qualification
Experience:
sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
