As a CSR, your responsibilities will include the ff:
Customer service mainly email support / admin tasks.
Providing product and service information and etc.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
Manages difficult customer situations in a cool, calm, composed, and professional manner
Escalates valid issues to the appropriate channels with urgency, keeping self in a calm and composed state
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Efficiently handles tickets and knows where to delegate to
Develops customer relationship by providing the Best in World service and support to our customer mainly through email and occasional through phone.
Qualifications for the role:
Bachelor's degree or higher
3+ years' experience with CS and Technical support is preferred
Should have your own personal computer, a stable internet connection (at least 5mbps upload & 5mbps download) and a quiet and efficient work space at home
Experience with eBay and Amazon platform is a plus
Good verbal and written English communication skills
Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)
Self-reliant, positive, self-motivated, and energetic
Works both independently and with others with minimal supervision and has the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members.
Customer focused. Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment interacting with multiple clients efficiently and able to provide live support for bug/issue fixes while maintaining a professional and friendly approach
