Job Description
Increases nepes hayyim business (revenue and profit) by effectively managing the customer's supply chain and successfully charging expedite fees when appropriate
Develops and maintains a strong base of working knowledge of the competitive landscape nepes hayyim faces with our current product offerings.
Uses this knowledge to her advantage when discussing lead time and delivery issues with the customer.
Develops and delivers tailored professional and impactful presentations.
Possesses the ability to present in front of top management both internally and at customers.
Engages and works directly and collaboratively with subject matter experts during the expedite process.
Participates in cross functional teams.
Job Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
Trusted with our most important customers.
Ability to spot potential disruptions to supply upstream and calls attention to it timely.
Successfully participates in required training that continually develops customer service skills resulting in improved customer satisfaction.
Must consistently display the positive approach and effort as needed in order to meet nepes hayyim objectives.
Experience: CS Manufacturing: 3 years (Preferred)
Customer service: 3 years (Required)
