Job Qualifications:
At least 2 years Customer Service experience, BPO setting
Good to excellent oral and written English communication skills
Sound grasp of online shopping
Can handle stressful customers calmly and professionally
Experience working in a high-volume environment
Must be reliable, confident, fun, outgoing personality and able work within a team
Able to multitask and learn business specifics updates immediately
Job Responsibilities:
Provide great customer service experience to all customers via Inbound, Outbound and/or Email/Chat support
Respond to email or chat inquiry and other customer service concerns
Perform other tasks from the management as necessary
Specific JD will be discussed once endorsed to Operations
