Description
Handles customer interaction and arrival in all included channels
Provides assistance and handle queries for the Client's customer base
Handles transactions and messages from the Client's Social Media Pages (Facebook and Instagram)
Manages all incoming and current transactions from customers in a timely manner, and escalate as needed
Job requirements
College level/graduate is preferred
Customer Service experience in a BPO setting (local/int'l account) is an advantage
Willing to work on shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays
Excellent communication skills, both English & Filipino
Tech savvy / with at least 40wpm
Quick learner / capable of understanding new information at a rapid pace.
Proficient in the following Microsoft applications, eg. Word and Excel
Candidate's proximity / near South /Alabang is preferred
Amenable to 6-day work week
