About Your Client:
You will work with a business that provides e-scooter rental services across New York and Jersey City as part of a vision to make eco-friendly transportation available and more accessible. They build partnerships with cities, campuses, and real estate managers to make commutes greener while adding value to communities.
What You Will Do:
Identify and assess customer needs and seek resolution.
Take inbound calls and facilitate customer concerns.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
Analyze customer concerns and needs to improve customer relationships.
Work alongside an onshore customer service team in completing tickets and tasks.
Tracking of less than 4-star reviews: Documenting these and reaching out to the reviewers to further know and address their concerns.
Track lost and stolen vehicles.
Monitor non-paying customers.
Ensure customers receive excellent and consistent service by providing the same types of assistance and handling issues in a similar manner
Document business requirements.
Skills and Qualifications:
At least 1- 2 years experience in Customer Support.
Experience with the CRM platforms is an advantage.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Service-oriented and driven to provide the highest level of customer service
Strong collaboration skills.
Can work effectively and efficiently while being independent.
Strong work ethic with a focus on team success.
Can work well under pressure.
Flexible about shift schedules.
Willing to work office-based if required.
Amenable to work in Cebu City.
