Position: Customer Service Representative - TELCO Account
Employment Term: 3 Months
Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Night Shift
Start Date: December 12
Salary: Up to PHP 27,000
Retention Bonus: PHP 25,000
 
Qualifications:
K-12 Graduate / Senior High School (New Curriculum)
Open to Senior High School graduates or those who completed at least 2 years in college (Old Curriculum)
Willing to work onsite and on a night shift schedule
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Job Description:
 
As a Customer Service Representative for our TELCO account, you will:
Assist customers with inquiries, billing concerns, and technical support
Provide clear and professional communication during calls
Resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure satisfaction
Maintain accurate documentation of each interaction
Deliver quality service in a fast-paced environment
