We are seeking Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team to assist in various administrative and customer service tasks.
 
Job Summary
 
As a CSR, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our cleaning services in the Australian market. Your main responsibilities will focus on closing leads, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and handling complaints and feedback. Your exceptional communication skills, passion for customer service, and a strong desire to achieve sales targets will be key to your success in this role.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Conversion
Handle incoming leads and inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Collect and document relevant information from potential clients.
Assist in qualifying leads.
Convert leads into paying clients.
2. Customer Engagement and Satisfaction:
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers to enhance their experience with our cleaning services.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups, addressing their concerns, and maintaining a positive attitude.
3. Complaint Handling and Resolution:
Promptly and professionally address customer complaints and concerns, striving to find effective solutions and ensure a positive outcome.
Document all complaints and their resolutions for quality improvement purposes.
4. Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of our cleaning services, pricing, and packages to effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
5. Administrative Tasks:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions using CRM software.
Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, preferably for Australian clients
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Must be able to talk confidently and casually to AU clients.
Great persuasion and negotiation skills
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
Customer-focused attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
