Provide excellent customer service by addressing general inquiries related to billing, account/service maintenance, and other products/services, through voice or chat to US-based customers.

Must have keen attention to details
Must have good conversational skills
Must have good negotiation skills
Must have good problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to multi-task and access multiple data source simultaneously
Ability to probe effectively
Ability to educate customers on inquiries and other product information
Ability to handle issues and complaints in a courteous and professional manner
Minimum Qualifications
Professional, enthusiastic, and customer service oriented
Must be 18 years old and above
Amenable to work on holidays, weekend, and shifting schedule
College graduate or must have completed at least 2 years in college (no back subject) with or without experience
OR Senior high school graduates with at least 6 months of call center experience (ops tenure)
