Job Description: Responsible for inbound and outbound calls from members who are enrolled in Medicare benefit plan. They respond to general questions or take information from members related to but not limited to, health benefits, eligibility status/issues, claims inquiries, requests for member materials, primary care physician changes, prescription coverage, prescription benefits, ID cards and Open Enrollment Verification.
Salary package (Basic + Allowance)
o Shifter - 13,000 + 3,600
o 6 moths - 12 months - 16,200 + 3,600
o 13 months and above - 18,000 + 3,600
Free shuttle - specific pick-up and drop-off locations only
Qualifications
· High school graduate with at least 2 years BPO voice experience
· 1st year college with at least 1 year BPO voice experience
· Completed 2 years in college with at least 6 months BPO voice experience
· College graduate with or without BPO experience
