Essential Duties:
Validate all test-taker identities.
Observe test takers via streaming video.
Document observation notes based on test-taker behaviors.
Understand and rapidly assess severity levels of aberrant behaviors.
Escalate as necessary.
 
Required Experience:
High school Diploma or equivalent.
Computer literate.
Strong written communication skills.
High level of integrity (background check required).
Ability to work independently in a team environment.
Must adhere to strict procedures and protocols.
Ability to handle a reasonable number of multitasking duties.
