Key Qualifications:
At least 6 months of CSR experience (preferred)
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Typing speed of 45-50 WPM (average)
Familiarity with e-Commerce and Retailing is a plus
Ability to multi-task effectively, including:
Responding to email inquiries
Handling inbound calls
Making outbound calls for callbacks
Fast learner with strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly adapt
A team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office tools
A positive attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities
Willingness to work on the graveyard shift, weekends, and holidays
Well-organized, responsible, and initiative-driven
Strong work ethic and a passion to succeed
Must be willing to start immediately
