Roles and Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from customers for bookings, making outbound calls to clients to confirm delivery requirements and dates, assist in manual data entry and respond to customer emails.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Providing first-level query response to customers
- Booking deliveries into the freight management system
- Ensuring queue length and call wait times are kept to a minimum
- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Using online systems to access data and answer inquiries
- Logging notes on all issues/inquiries against the relevant job
- Investigating, resolving, or escalating all driver queries in a timely fashion
Required Experience
- Experience with Australian calls
A Successful Candidate must have
- Strong customer service focus
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Excellent telephone manner
- Proficient computer skills
- Confidence in taking calls from outside of the Philippines
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate to individuals and groups
- Ability to work without supervision
- Ability to deal with busy, high-pressure situations
- Ability to work cooperatively and effectively within the team and the organisation
- A personal presentation that reflects a professional image and the values of the organisation
