About the Role
 
MEBS Call Center is looking for highly skilled and confident Customer Service Representatives to join our growing Tax Campaign team. As part of our start-up environment, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent service to U.S. clients while showcasing your communication and sales abilities.
 
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist clients with their inquiries related to tax services and provide accurate information.
Manage and resolve customer concerns efficiently and empathetically.
Document customer interactions and transactions accurately.
Collaborate with team members to meet campaign targets and maintain service levels.
Upsell or cross-sell services when opportunities arise.
Qualifications
 Excellent command of the English language - NO regional accent.
 American Near-Native accent is strongly preferred.
 Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) is required.
Experience as a Sales Closer is a strong advantage.
Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced call center environment.
Amenable to work on shifting schedules.
