We are in need of Customer Service Representative who can provide phone and chat support to guide the customers with the use of the software or answer any queries they may have.
Job Responsibilities:
• Answer customer queries in a timely manner (Phones and Chat)
• Set customer appointments for webinars
• Follow up on customer payments
• Walk customers through company website and services
Job Qualifications:
• Atleast 2 years of experience in Customer Support (Phones)
• Must have a background in Chat/Email support
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in english
• Worked as a technical support is a plus
• AMENABLE TO WORK in 11pm-8am shift | Tuesday to Saturday (DST Applies)
Salary Rate: Php 25,000/month (Package)
