Job Requirements:
• A graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
• Proven 2-3 years of Customer Service experience in foreign accounts
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Willingness to learn, show initiative and be a positive "team player"
• Ability to build relationships with clients
• Positive and happy attitude
• Highest standard of ethics, confidentiality and professionalism
• Excellent time management skills
• Intermediate or advanced level of skills in Microsoft Applications and a good typing speed
• Can work with less supervision
Duties and Responsibilities
• Practice customer satisfaction as a priority
• Answering phone enquiries and concerns and do follow up calls to clients
• Answering Live Chats, if any
• Inputting data on migration software
• Booking appointments and email management
• Manage Social Media Sites
• Research for Blogs
• Help in setting up Corporate and Dinner Events
• Do lead generation as need
• Help with Newsletters
