Has strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills
Experience in Customer Service / Customer Management is required for this position (6-months)
Experience on phone, email and live chat support preferred but not required

What does the Position Entail?
Under the supervision of the Circle Leaders, the primary objective of the Customer Experience Executive (US Non-voice) position is to provide world-class service to our customers in an accurate, efficient and respectful manner on every call as measured by different performance metrics.
What is the Shift Time?
The campaign will follow US Time (Nightshift) and the actual shift will be directed by the reporting manager.

Work Condition: Permanent - Full Time Employment
Work Schedule: US Time (Nightshift) and the actual shift will be directed by the reporting manager.
Work Location: Clark, Pampanga
Start Date: 07 June 2021
What are the benefits?
PTO (Paid Time Off) - All employees will start earning leaves post their regularization
Medical/Health Plan or HMO shall be provided to the employee on the date of joining
Group Life Insurance; enrolment on the 1st month
Two (2) Rest days In a week
Previous experience in either non voice or voice account
