Qualifications:
Must have at least 1 year of experience in a BPO or Contact Centre industry as a Mandarin Bilingual speaker
With prior experience in a sales and/or customer service account
Good English and Mandarin communication skills
Must have average technical computer skills and would be able to navigate with ease using different applications and systems
Travel Consultant or Travel Agent experience is an advantage
Amenable to work on-site to be assigned in Clark, Pampanga
Willing to work on a shifting schedule, holidays, and weekends.
