CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR) for ILOILO BRANCH
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels such as calls, text messages, and Facebook comments and messages.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
QUALIFICATIONS
College graduate, preferably of any computer or I.T. related course
Preferably with high knowledge of computers and laptops
Preferably with experience working with customer support
Preferably with BPO experience
Excellent English communication, grammar and strong customer service skills.
Friendly and happy personality. Do not get easily discouraged when dealing with customers.
Willing to multi-task and render overtime.
Able to start ASAP.
