Duties:
Manage customer information and ensure date is properly processed and recorded
Assist customers through phonecalls, email and chat system
Will handle other duties/projects as assigned
Provide excellent display of customer service.
Qualifications
At least High School Graduate / Senior High School Graduate
with 3 to 6 Months BPO Experience.
Must have good English communication skills (written and verbal)
Must have an average typing speed
Willing to start Asap
Willing to work in Iloilo on shifting schedules
