Qualifications:
· Has completed at least 2 years in college
· Has excellent English communication skills
· Has a good track record of achieving quotas
· Has a strong knowledge in Customer Service and has active listening skills
· Can adapt and respond to different types of customers
· Has the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· Has at least one year of experience in the BPO industry
· Knowledge in different types of insurances is a big plus
