Job Description:
The purpose of this role is to interact with members regarding medical and pharmacy benefits, eligibility and claims inquiries, billing and general requests. This role is expected to advocate on behalf of our members in a compassionate manner to meet their healthcare needs.
Job Requirement:
*College graduate
*At least 6 months call center experience
*Preferably in Healthcare Account but not required
*Excellent communication skills
*Can work in Ortigas or Mandaluyong
