We are URGENTLY looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team! This is an onsite role with a graveyard shift schedule, supporting a HealthCare Insurance account. If you're passionate about customer service and ready to start immediately, we want to hear from you.
 
Qualifications:
Experience:
Preferably 6 months or more of customer service experience
Must have experience in medical claims, billing, or health insurance
Knowledge of HIPAA, PCI, and patient confidentiality laws is required
Skills:
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Typing speed of 45-50 WPM
Proficient in handling:
Email inquiries
Inbound and outbound calls (including callbacks)
Able to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge in using Microsoft Excel
Attributes:
Fast learner and highly trainable
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Can work with minimal supervision
Well-organized, responsible, and takes initiative
