Job Descriptions
To update and monitor delivery status and handle customers inquiry and complaints.
OPERATION MANAGEMENT
Dispatch monitoring
Ensure accurate and complete delivery monitoring status
Generate daily delivery monitoring
Follow up truckers on their delivery status
Receives customer inquiries and complaints
Compile monthly KPI reports
Attends haulers meeting
REPORT GENERATION
Updates the daily monitoring report
Prepares fleet utilization report
Forecasts and plan vehicle requirements based on client's truck requirements.
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Provides delivery information, resolves delivery and service problems, monitors overall delivery of MMI clients across the Philippines; analyze delivery and assign proper truck allocation for goods.
Job Qualifications
Education:
Senior High School (Preferred)
Experience:
call center: 1 year (Preferred)
Customer Service Representative: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
English (Preferred)
Tagalog (Preferred)
