PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION
Order Processing - efficiently & promptly
Customer Service - queries, complaints, follow-up handling
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Service
Handles customer inquiries and customer orders thru phone or email
Log customer concerns and coordinate to responsible department
Order Processing
Sales Orders & Purchase Orders (from sales representatives, principals)
Fax-in orders (from customers, principals and sales representatives)
POI uploading (from sales representatives)
Electronically Transmitted orders
Coordination with Principals regarding various concerns
Ability to extract and analyze order monitoring report
Inter-Departmental Coordination regarding operational concerns
Confirmation and Verification of Returned Invoices AND reasons of rejection.
Order Validation
Call or message the customer/s/SRs and confirm if duplicate item/s ordered are valid (additional/double)
Document DO confirmation by placing Customer Name who confirmed the order, date confirmed, time confirmed, and CSR's name and signature.
Perform other duties that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
EDUCATION REQUIRED
Graduate any four-year course.

EMPLOYMENT STATUS
Fixed Term - 6 months
LOCATION
Amenable to work in Manalac Avenue, Taguig City.
Office location will transfer to Sta. Rosa Laguna this year (August 2020)
