As an Associate FSR, your main responsibilities will be:
Passing the following licenses: FINRA Series 7 & Series 63
Responding to customer inquiries over the phone in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
Meeting established goals as defined for quality and availability, quality and any other goals that may be established.
Researching and resolving problems related to customer accounts and inquiries.
On-going product and job responsibility training.
Additional duties as may be defined by supervisor.

Qualification/s:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Applicants must be amenable to work in Makati City.
Candidates should have above average English verbal and written communication skills.
Candidates should be open to work on night shift, holidays and weekends, and shifting schedules.
Candidates should be open to review materials and take exams for the licensure.
Contact center experience an advantage
Remote work capability (temporary) - should have available personal equipment (laptop/ desktop) and connection while in a temporary remote work environment.
