Job Overview:
 
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our friendly and growing team! This is a full-time, onsite position ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, proactive, and have strong communication skills. You will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer and vendor experiences while supporting our e-commerce operations.
 
Responsibilities:
Answer vendor calls and manage daily communication.
Respond to vendor messages via email and eBay.
Create and send quotes for existing vendors.
Generate and monitor purchase orders in Odoo.
Track inventory purchasing on eBay to ensure adequate stock availability.
Monitor chats across online stores and respond promptly.
Contact customers regarding order cancellations.
Perform daily shipping reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
Review and respond to order comments in BigCommerce.
Send abandoned cart emails to engage potential customers.
Monitor and respond to website reviews on Yotpo.
Assist with delivery issues and coordinate resolutions.
Process sales orders in Odoo for eBay and Amazon stores.
Review returns log and coordinate efficient package processing with the team.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, operations, or related fields.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
Familiarity with Odoo, BigCommerce, eBay, Amazon, or similar platforms is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
