Job responsibilites:
Respond to general questions or take information from members related to but not limited to, health benefits, eligibility status/issues, claims inquiries, requests for member materials, primary care physician changes, prescription coverage, prescription benefits, ID cards and Open Enrollment Verification.
Salary:
P16,000 - P20,000 Plus Benefits!
Qualifications:
College Graduate NO NEED EXPERIENCE. (Extremely Prefered "MEDICAL COURSE" but not required)
6Months - 1Year Voice Experience in CSR
Open for Highschool Graduate with BPO Exp
Conversant and Average English skills
