CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
 
Qualifications:
Senior High School graduates are welcome
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
With or without BPO experience (experience is an advantage)
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
Computer literate
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and concerns through calls
Provide accurate information and effective solutions in a timely manner
Follow communication guidelines, policies, and procedures
Work collaboratively with teammates and other departments to resolve customer issues
