Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution, provides reply to new email disputes including received email dispute in progress
Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. Monitors and keep collated data on disputes with refund
Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information (Submits Tally report to immediate superior)
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Photo Editing (Immediate superior will provide file to edit), Edit shall include removal of Chinese characters and brand name(s) and submission to immediate superior and clients of finished work
Adobe photo editor will be used to edit photo(s)
