MDM Systems is need of Customer Service Representatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide top notch customer service to pre- and post-sale customers via e-mail and phone. Ensure a positive customer experience for all contacts.
• Conduct research into any customer service issues.
• Review on-line excel database of customer feedback, track customer service concerns via database.
• Take payment information & other pertinent information such as addresses & phone numbers
• Liaise with client account representative and work through unwarranted or unjustified negative feedback on account.
• Assist the client management team in the coordination of client sales initiatives, contests and/or promotions.
• Other duties may be assigned to assist client's team
QUALIFICATIONS
• With at least 1-2 years in a customer service experience in call center or BPO company
• Can deliver excellent customer service via e-mail and phone
• Demonstrated experience handling a variety of customer service issues
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Prior retail experience is an advantage
• With Basic Microsoft Excel experience
• Fast typing speed
• Computer Savvy
• Team player who can work with a variety of people throughout the company
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to take initiative
• Willing to work on flexible schedule
*** Although the above is desirable, full training will be provided.
