As Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility is to handle and coordinate shipment of our client whether in the field of sea, air, or truck and answer general inquiries timely and proficiently. Details of your responsibilities are as follows:
Monitor incoming and outgoing shipment with the Shipping Lines
Book trucking/domestic shipment via AIR and sending sailing schedule to AE
Monitor truck drivers and helpers during the delivery of cargoes
Encode bill of lading via NetSuite System
Schedule pull out of shipment via NetSuite System
Coordinate with Operation Department in case of client's truck request
Answer client email or phone calls about the status of his/her shipment/cargoes
Assist AE's for client's requirements and accreditation
Qualifications:
Must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree in Accounting or Business related course
At least 1- year experience in Customer Service or equivalent
Good communication skills both oral and written
Able to handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism
Knowledge in any ERP System is a plus
