Job Descriptions
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Job Qualifications
High School (should have at least 1 year experience)
Preferably graduate of any 4-year course
Typing skills at least 35w/minute; probing; establishing rapport; english speaking and writing proficiency; active listening
Technical skills: electronic devices' specifications, troubleshooting, knowledge about input and output current.
Experience:
sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Customer Service Representative: 1 year (Preferred)
Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
English (Preferred)
