Our client is a software provider for Real Estate disclosures; they are a provider of a comprehensive platform that caters for Real Estate Agent and their clients' secured information and data transactions.
We are in need of support reps that will mainly provide chat support service to assist customers in need and resolve their technical concerns; walk them through the company website and credentials, follow up on customer payments, and set-up customer appointments.
Job Qualifications:
• At least 2 years experience in a BPO industry
• Experienced technical support
• Experienced chat or email support
• Amenable to work in Clark office
• Amenable to work in midnight shift
Work Schedule: 12 am - 9am / 1am - 10am (Tuesday to Saturday)
