High School and Senior High School
1. Minimum of 1 year BPO/Call Center experience
2. Good communication skills, mathematical ability and good analytical.
3. Experience handling accounts in any of the following is an advantage, Healthcare, Telco or Retail, voice customer service.
College Undergraduate
1. Minimum of 6 months BPO/Call Center experience.
2. Good communication skills, mathematical ability and good analytical.
3. Experience handling accounts in any of the following is an advantage, Healthcare, Telco or Retail, voice customer service.
College Graduate
1. Good communication skills, mathematical ability and good analytical.
2. With our without BPO experience
Additional Information:
• Candidate must be amenable to work in graveyard shift to shifting schedule.
• Some accounts are open for temporary work from home while other accounts must be reporting onsite. Candidate must be flexible in terms of work arrangement.
• For immediate onboarding, please prepare the following documents:
• SSS, TIN, Philhealth, Pag-ibig/HDMF, NBI, TOR/Transcript of any related proof of education, certificate of employment (if applicable)
• Basic pay + allowances + bonus + other perks
