Job Descriptions
Responsible for resolving insurance claims reimbursements and collecting on open accounts receivables from different members. Resolution may be facilitated via available member portals, IRIS+ (mainframe), or by interacting with payer representatives to get claim status and close claim issues to resolution or cash payment
Job Qualifications
College graduate with 6 months BPO experience (voice account)
Completed 2nd-year with 6 months BPO experience (voice account)
1st-year college undergraduate with 1-year BPO experience (voice account)
High school graduate with 2-years BPO experience (voice account)
Experienced handling Accounts Receivable, Collections in Healthcare a healthcare account is an advantage.
Work Set-up:
Temporary work-from-home until business requires to work onsite
·Free shuttle will be provided once working onsite
Contract length: 10 months
