CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Qualifications:
Graduate of any Bachelors degree/ course
Preferably experienced in Customer Service and SAP
Must be extremely detail-oriented, attention to accuracy.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required.
Ability to multi-task and see projects through to completion.
Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Job Description:
Responsible for attending to customers' inquiries, complaints, and requests for repair or return of purchased equipment due to repair concerns.
Creates and log in sales orders in SAP and other trackers while maintaining documentation of all sales order forms.
Monitors and controls ready buyer (RB) transactions and records the shortage of stocks in the ledger.
