JOB TITLE: Bilingual CSR
WORK LOCATION: Mandaluyong City
DEPARTMENT: Production Department
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Provide outstanding customer service in a client service environment
· Analyze and interpret inquiries to determine client's needs
· Delivers satisfactory solutions to customers concerns
· Provide and researchideas on techniques of improvement to enhance efficiency
· Demonstrate broad knowledge of company's product and principles of customer service
· Satisfy clients' needs by observing proper procedures, policies, and practices.
Qualifications:
· At least two (2) years of experience in a customer service industry
· Previous work experience as Bilingual CSR preferred
· Must be Bilingual (ASEAN countries speakers preferred)
· Good keyboarding and communication skills, both verbal and written
· Willing to work in Mandaluyong City
· Amenable to work onsite and on a night shift schedule
· Has team-player and proactive attitude
