May conduct account maintenance, report generation, and project work.

May serve as an intermediary to resolve disputed matters; negotiates and enacts settlements
Recommend standards, policies, and/or procedures to correct deficiencies.
Ensures identified risks and/or problems are clearly documented.

Market Skills and Certifications
Minimum 2 year experience in handling bilingual process (Spanish)
At least 2nd year college level.
Ability to effectively listen and elicit information; Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; Basic to Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Must be able to adapt to assignments quickly. Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. Ability to manage time and meet or exceed all deadlines.
Experience with MSP, Imaging and Content Management Platform (ICMP) and other mortgage related applications is preferred
Previous Risk and/or Analytical experience is an advantage
Demonstrate strong negotiation, communication & presentation skills

Market Skills and Certifications
Minimum 2 year experience in handling bilingual process (Spanish)
At least 2nd year college level.
Ability to effectively listen and elicit information; Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; Basic to Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Must be able to adapt to assignments quickly. Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. Ability to manage time and meet or exceed all deadlines.
Experience with MSP, Imaging and Content Management Platform (ICMP) and other mortgage related applications is preferred
Previous Risk and/or Analytical experience is an advantage
Demonstrate strong negotiation, communication & presentation skills
Amenable to work on the night shift, shifting schedules, and holidays
Amenable to work in Mckinley Hill, Taguig City
