MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
At least 6 months to 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
Work From Home ( own Laptop/ Desktop with at least I3, I5 or I7 Device Specification and 15 MBPs above) or Willing to work on site- shuttle will be provided by the company.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Must be able to handle a call volume of 100+ calls per day after training.
• General knowledge of Windows based applications.
• Must have strong verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to think quickly and solve customer concerns.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be detail oriented and accurate.
• Ability to multi-task and perform various duties.
