Customer Service OfficerMetrobank

Provides support for system problems and queries from users of computerized systems across the Bank.
Serves as the helpline of Bank-wide users of technology, performs first-level problem assessment and diagnosis, and providing where possible, immediate problem resolution.
For problems that are beyond his capacity to fix, he escalates such problems to the appropriate application, operations and/or infrastructure support personnel and managers.
With at least 3 years experience in technical customer support
High customer and service orientation
Good communication & analytical skills
Knowledgeable in office applications
Background in financial technical systems is a plus
