What are we looking for:
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be working with our client located in Brisbane, Australia. Our client is a well-established telehealth provider with an innovative technology platform improving access to GPs and prescriptions for all Australians. They aim to change how primary care is being delivered 24/7 in the country following the highest standard of care and service to patients, doctors, and pharmacy partners.
In this role you will fully support the delivery of quality and compliant clinical care by the practitioners; and provide a 'best in class' service experience for patients, pharmacies, and commercial clients.

In this role, you will:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Customer Service Officer is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service for patients, commercial clients (and their cohorts), pharmacies and clinical practitioners.
Efficient response to inbound customer service inquiries via phone, email, and social media
Assisting in doctor onboarding process and doctor rostering
Communicating with our pharmacy partners and doctors
Maintain all up-to-date information, including rostering, in the company web software platform and Practice Management System
Ensuring patient results are communicated efficiently with doctors and liaising with patients for any follow up activities
Assist with reporting for commercial clients
Daily and ad hoc administrative duties
About You:
2-3 years experience in a customer service environment
Prior experience in the General Practice of Pharmacy or medical centers is highly preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated initiative in solving problems and following issues through to resolution
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks as required
High level of attention to detail
Ability to work well in a small team
Amenable to work on Brisbane AU shift with flexibility to work during the weekends
