Job Summary:
Analyze, take action and resolve complaints.
Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records and documents of customer's activities/ data.
Assess service statistics and reports.
Know and use latest industry techniques and methods on customer service.
Appreciate and love to be of service to customers and clients.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
A minimum of 4 years' proven experience in people management and customer service
Proficiency in MS office (Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Good understanding of management practices and techniques
Relative background in Sales and Retail Industry.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
